2. Kontakt mit uns
Wenn Sie per Formular auf der Website oder per E-Mail Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen, werden Ihre angegebenen Daten zwecks Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für den Fall von Anschlussfragen sechs Monate bei uns gespeichert. Diese Daten geben wir nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weiter.
3. Datenspeicherung
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass zum Zweck des einfacheren Einkaufsvorganges und zur späteren Vertragsabwicklung vom Webshop-Betreiber im Rahmen von Cookies die IP-Daten des Anschlussinhabers gespeichert werden, ebenso wie Name, Anschrift und Kreditkartennummer […] des Käufers.
Darüber hinaus werden zum Zweck der Vertragsabwicklung folgende Daten auch bei uns gespeichert: Titel, Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse, Firmenname, UID-Nr., Bestelldatum, Bestellnummer, Bezahlart, Versandart, Produkt-Umfang, Kosten.
Die von Ihnen bereit gestellten Daten sind zur Vertragserfüllung bzw. zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ohne diese Daten können wir den Vertrag mit Ihnen nicht abschließen. Eine Datenübermittlung an Dritte erfolgt nicht, mit Ausnahme der Übermittlung der Kreditkartendaten an die abwickelnden Bankinstitute / Zahlungsdienstleister zum Zwecke der Abbuchung des Einkaufspreises, an das von uns beauftragte Transportunternehmen/Versandunternehmen zur Zustellung der Ware sowie an unseren Steuerberater zur Erfüllung unserer steuerrechtlichen Verpflichtungen.
Nach Abbruch des Einkaufsvorganges werden die bei uns gespeicherten Daten gelöscht. Im Falle eines Vertragsabschlusses werden sämtliche Daten aus dem Vertragsverhältnis bis zum Ablauf der steuerrechtlichen Aufbewahrungsfrist (7 Jahre) gespeichert.
Die Daten Name, Anschrift, gekaufte Waren und Kaufdatum werden darüber hinausgehend bis zum Ablauf der Produkthaftung (10 Jahre) gespeichert. Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des § 96 Abs 3 TKG sowie des Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (Einwilligung) und/oder lit b (notwendig zur Vertragserfüllung) der DSGVO.
5. Webanalysedienst Google (Google Analytics)
Diese Website nutzt Funktionen des Webanalysedienstes Google Analytics. Anbieter ist Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Wir nutzen die Funktion „Aktivierung der IP-Anonymisierung“ auf dieser Website. Dadurch wird Ihre IP-Adresse von Google innerhalb von Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union oder in anderen Vertragsstaaten des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum vor der Verarbeitung/Speicherung gekürzt. Zaštita vaših ličnih podataka nam je posebno važna. Vaše podatke obrađujemo isključivo na osnovu važećih propisa (GDPR, TKG 2003). U ovoj politici privatnosti obaveštavamo vas o najvažnijim aspektima obrade podataka u okviru našeg veb-sajta.

Ako nas kontaktirate putem obrasca na sajtu ili e-poštom, podaci koje navedete biće sačuvani šest meseci radi obrade vašeg upita i eventualnih dodatnih pitanja. Ove podatke ne prosleđujemo trećim licima bez vaše saglasnosti.
3. Skladištenje podataka
Napominjemo da u svrhu olakšavanja kupovine i kasnije realizacije ugovora, operater veb-prodavnice u okviru kolačića čuva IP podatke vlasnika priključka, kao i ime, adresu i broj kreditne kartice kupca […].
Pored toga, radi izvršenja ugovora, kod nas se čuvaju sledeći podaci: titula, ime, adresa, broj telefona, adresa e-pošte, naziv firme, PIB/UID, datum porudžbine, broj porudžbine, način plaćanja, način slanja, sadržaj porudžbine, troškovi.
Podaci koje nam dostavite potrebni su za ispunjenje ugovora i/ili za sprovođenje predugovornih radnji. Bez ovih podataka ne možemo zaključiti ugovor sa vama. Podaci se ne prosleđuju trećim licima, izuzev prenosa podataka o kreditnoj kartici bankama/platnim servisima radi naplate kupoprodajne cene, transportnoj/kurirskoj službi radi isporuke robe i našem poreskom savetniku radi ispunjenja poreskih obaveza.
U slučaju prekida procesa kupovine, podaci sačuvani kod nas se brišu. U slučaju zaključenja ugovora, svi podaci iz ugovornog odnosa čuvaju se do isteka zakonskog roka čuvanja poreske dokumentacije (7 godina).
Podaci: ime, adresa, kupljena roba i datum kupovine dodatno se čuvaju do isteka roka odgovornosti za proizvod (10 godina). Obrada podataka zasniva se na zakonskim odredbama § 96 st. 3 TKG i čl. 6 st. 1 tač. a (saglasnost) i/ili tač. b (neophodno za izvršenje ugovora) GDPR.
5. Veb-analitika: Google Analytics
Ovaj sajt koristi funkcije servisa Google Analytics. Pružalac: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Koristimo funkciju „anonimizacije IP adrese“. Time Google vašu IP adresu skraćuje unutar država članica EU ili drugih zemalja potpisnica Sporazuma o EEP pre obrade/čuvanja. U ime operatera sajta, Google koristi ove informacije za analizu upotrebe sajta, sastavljanje izveštaja o aktivnostima i merenje učinka onlajn oglašavanja u svrhe analize i optimizacije.

6. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Ovaj sajt koristi „Google Ads“ i u okviru toga Conversion Tracking. Pružalac: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Klikom na Google oglas, kolačić za Conversion se postavlja na vaš računar. Važenje ovih kolačića ističe najkasnije nakon 90 dana. Ako posetite određene stranice našeg sajta i kolačić još važi, Google i operater sajta mogu prepoznati da ste kliknuli na oglas i preusmereni ste na tu stranicu.
Informacije prikupljene putem ovog kolačića koriste se za pravljenje statistike konverzija. Operater sajta dobija zbirne podatke o broju korisnika koji su kliknuli na oglas i stigli na stranicu obeleženu Conversion oznakom i/ili izvršili određene radnje. Pri poseti sajtu uspostavlja se veza sa serverima Facebook-a i podaci se prenose (delimično) na servere u SAD. Facebook Pixel koristi kolačiće za čuvanje informacija o korisniku i analizu upotrebe sajta.
Prema navodima Facebook-a, prikupljeni podaci koriste se za analizu upotrebe sajta, izveštaje o aktivnostima i pružanje drugih usluga vezanih za upotrebu interneta. Facebook te informacije može proslediti trećim licima kada je zakonom propisano ili kada ih treća lica obrađuju po nalogu Facebook-a.
Koristimo Facebook Custom Audience i slične alate za oglašavanje na drugim sajtovima. U tu svrhu delimo vaše podatke sa tim pružaocima (npr. Facebook) i koristimo kolačiće ili slične tehnologije radi analize efikasnosti oglašavanja.
